 At Woodlands Homes we try to use traditional natural materials at all times, whilst incorporating  as many modern features as possible for our clients comfort. We use Underfloor Heating, Air conditioning, Heat recovery, Rain savers, Solar, Wind and Ground heat source energy and many new energy saving features.
We use traditional clay stock bricks and clay or slate roof tiles (often to suit conservation areas) we duplicate traditional corbelling detail on the brickwork gables and eaves to match the surrounding area.
We try to make the exterior of the new house or bungalow as maintenance free as possible.
Internally we only use the best craftsmen to create an exceptional finished product, whether it's the bespoke hardwood stairs, windows and doors or the new fitted kitchen and bathrooms.
