BARN CONVERSIONS
Our exceptional Barn Conversions show our sympathetic design and construction process by using traditional materials including reclaimed bricks and clay pantiles. We are able to duplicate traditional features like King post trusses and large entrance doors and frames as well as windows. We have many years experience of Barn Conversions in the Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire area and welcome new clients to view some of our completed projects.
EXTENSIONS AND ALTERATIONS
We only use the best tradesmen for all our extensions and alterations, we pride ourselves on our efficiency and professionalism both on and off site. We give our customers a full bill of quantities and a programme of work so we can keep you informed at every stage of the work. CONSERVATION AREAS AND LISTED BUILDINGS
Woodlands Homes works in many sensitive conservation areas and on all types of listed buildings. We work closely with the local planners and conservation officers to achieve developments that complement an area. We use traditional materials wherever possible including stock bricks, and clay or slate roof tiles, purpose made wooden windows and doors and cedar wood garage doors.
SUN ROOMS
At Woodlands Homes we use the most up to date techniques including zoned under floor heating, insulated walls and ceilings and double glazed windows and doors. These allow modern open plan living and means the sun room becomes part of your home and forms a genuine living area all year round.
KITCHENS AND APPLIANCES OF OUTSTANDING QUALITY
We appreciate how important the kitchen area is in a home, therefore we only use the best appliances, worktops, carcasses and fascias. We also use the best craftsmen including joiners, plumbers, tilers and electricians to fit your new kitchen. Dean has won awards for kitchen design and understands the requirements needed in a modern kitchen.
